All orders are subject to our confirmation and availability of equipment. Payment terms, deposit requirements, and balance settlements are specified in individual sales contracts. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of non-payment, false information, or violation of these terms.

Mutong shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our equipment or services, including but not limited to project delays, profit loss, or equipment misuse. Our liability is limited to the total value of the transaction under the sales contract.
We provide a limited warranty for all equipment as stated in our sales agreements. Warranty claims must be submitted in accordance with our specified procedures. We reserve the right to reject claims caused by improper operation, natural damage, or unauthorized modification.
